We traveled 3 hours from Montreal to see a car. Our Sales Advisor, Pierre Bédard, is a very pleasant person to talk to. Buying a new car was stressful but he was very smiley, respectful, friendly, sympathetic, and positive. His good attitude puts you in a less stressful situation. The director of financial services, Guillaume Sirois, helped us a lot to resolve our particular situation. He was very, very patient when we didn't understand. He wasn't the type to put a lot of pressure on adding other options. He will take the time to explain everything as clearly as possible. It lets customers choose and make their own decisions. We really liked our experience. Thanks!
